Originally a neighborhood grocery, this long-neglected building had lived many lives—most recently as an upholstery workshop—before being restablished by Affiche Studios as a multipurpose creative space.
Our team was brought on to help transform the structure into a light-filled, flexible haven for artistic restoration and community gathering.
A new kitchen, full bath, and extensive storage were seamlessly integrated to support the studio’s multifunctional needs
—creating a beautifully restored environment ready for creativity and connection.
