Nestled at the base of Mt. Tabor in Southeast Portland, 50th + Lincoln is the result of a multi-year collaboration between two longtime friends—a realtor and a contractor—who chose to invest in their own neighborhood by creating a high-end rental community.

S. Baird Design was brought in from the project’s inception and played a central role in every phase, from exterior and interior design to branding.

With a focus on making each unit feel like a place the team would be proud to call home, we helped bring to life an inspired, vibrant, and thoughtfully designed community of 18 urban townhomes.
