SELLWOOD CONDO
PORTLAND, OR
A LIGHT TOUCH WITH LASTING IMPACT
Located directly on Portland’s Willamette River, Sellwood Harbor is a rare gem among the city’s condominium buildings—well cared for and ideally situated. When our clients purchased their home in this community, they desired only a light refresh before moving in. But even minimal changes can yield transformative results.

In the primary bedroom, we layered a custom-sized wool rug over the new floors and added drapery hung from a ceiling track for understated elegance.
With a focus on subtle yet impactful upgrades, the space naturally began to brighten and flow.
New wood flooring, a soft neutral palette, and an oak-trimmed fireplace surround created a serene and cohesive interior.

To improve function, a new wall was built to divide two adjacent spaces—creating a dedicated sitting room with a built-in bookcase and a private guest room.
The kitchen was subtly elevated with new countertops and modern appliances, while the primary bathroom received updated hardware, faucets, lighting, and paint, bringing the space into harmony with the rest of the home.
